Do I need an account to order?

You do not need an account to complete a purchase, but creating one lets you save addresses, view order history, and, if you are an approved retailer, access wholesale pricing for Terra SJ Apparel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Shop Pay, and PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because orders often begin processing quickly, we are not always able to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes) within the United States.

What are your shipping options?

Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout. Shipping options and transit times may vary based on your location and the carrier used.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Terra SJ Apparel ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within a few business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order from your account by signing in and viewing your order history.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date for orders placed on our website. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details and instructions.

Can I return items purchased from another retailer?

No. Items purchased from independent retailers or other websites must be returned directly to the original store or website where they were purchased. Returns for those items cannot be processed through Terra SJ Apparel’s online store.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How do I become a retailer for Terra SJ Apparel?

If you are interested in carrying Terra SJ Apparel in your store, simply click the “Apply to be a Retailer” link in the bottom right corner of our website and complete the application form. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive access to wholesale ordering and pricing.

I’m an existing wholesale customer—how do I access wholesale pricing?

If you are already an approved Terra SJ Apparel wholesale customer, log into the site using the same email address you previously used with Terra. Once logged in, your account will automatically display wholesale pricing where applicable.

I’m not sure if I have a wholesale account—what should I do?

If you are unsure whether you have an existing account or if you are a new potential retailer, please submit a new application using the “Apply to be a Retailer” link in the bottom right corner of the site. Our team will review your information and contact you upon approval.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes fit and size details to help you choose the best option. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend reviewing the fit notes on the product page and choosing the size closest to your typical fit.

Where can I find fabric and care information?

Fabric and care details are provided on each product page, and additional care instructions are included on the garment tag attached to each Terra SJ Apparel piece.

Are colors and styles shown online accurate?

We work to photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

Discounts, Gift Cards & Email

How do I use a discount or promo code?

Do you offer gift cards?
