The Return and Exchange Policy below applies to online purchases made through Terra SJ Apparel’s official website. Please do not return items purchased from Terra SJ Apparel online to any independent retailer or third-party website selling our products. Likewise, items purchased from independent retailers or other websites must be returned directly to their original place of purchase.
If you need to return an item(s) from your online order for any reason, we’re happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Before submitting your return request, please ensure all items you wish to return are included.
Return Instructions
- Affix the provided UPS Ground return label to your package and drop it off at any UPS store, UPS drop box, or hand it directly to a UPS driver.
- Please allow 7–10 business days after your package is delivered to our facility for processing.
- Refunds will be issued for eligible returned merchandise only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Credit and debit card refunds typically appear on your account within two billing cycles.
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. Please contact PayPal directly if additional time is needed.
If you prefer to cover your own return shipping, please use a trackable and insured service. Include a note inside the package with your order number, full name, and contact email.
